Shipping

We offer FREE UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We will choose either delivery service based on package weight and destination.

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once you receive the email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number, please allow 1-3 business days to see any activity. Packages generally arrive 2-5 days after being received by the shipper. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. If your shipment arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further instructions. We ask that you DO NOT file a claim on your own, please let us handle that.

U.S. TERRITORIES

We do not ship for free to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.) These destinations are considered “international” and customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, customs and brokerage fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally, however the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, customs and brokerage fees. We do not charge for handling or packaging. If you do not see your country in the available shipping options, please contact us and we will try to add it.
