Returns & Exchanges
If your drinkware is damaged in shipping:
There’s nothing fun about getting your Atomic Drinkware in more pieces than you expected. It’s rare but it happens, so let us know immediately and we will send you a free replacement ASAP. DO NOT START A CLAIM WITH UPS OR USPS! We will handle that on our end. We do ask that you email us the required photos so that we can file a claim.
The UPS guidelines are as follows:
During the photo documentation process, seven different photos will be requested:
• A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging material used
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (generally starts with 1Z)
• A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside bottom of brown box)
• Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
All replacements are subject to product availability. The customer acknowledges that not all designs/variations are guaranteed to be available at all times. If product is unavailable or discontinued, customer will be issued a digital code for repurchase if and when product becomes available, or an alternative product or full or partial refund will be offered.
If we blew it:
If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your Atomic Drinkware, or we send you the wrong item, we want to make it right! Return or replacement of faulty or incorrect product must be started within 15 days of delivery. Replacements and refunds are processed once they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed into your account. Start a refund or replacement by contacting us via the contact button below.
To be eligible for a free return or replacement, the following criteria must be met:
All free returns must be related to an AtomicDrinkware.com online order.
Faulty items must be returned unused and in the same condition they were received by the customer.

If product is unavailable or discontinued, customer will be issued a digital code for repurchase if and when product becomes available, or an alternative product or full or partial refund will be offered.
If you change your mind:
Atomic Drinkware offers exchanges on non-faulty product, however the original order must be returned to Atomic Drinkware before the replacement product will be shipped. All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate exchanges.
All exchanged are subject to product availability. The customer acknowledges that not all designs/variations are guaranteed to be available at all times. If product is unavailable or discontinued, customer will be issued a digital code for repurchase if and when product becomes available, or an alternative product of equal value or full or partial refund will be offered. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.
Atomic Drinkware does not offer returns on Atomic Drinkware products purchased outside of AtomicDrinkware.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
All AtomicDrinkware.com sales on DISCOUNTED items are FINAL.
Shipping a return.
An Atomic Drinkware shipping label is required for all eligible FREE returns, which will be supplied to you after the return process begins. If you choose to return your product by methods other than the supplied return shipping label, the cost of that shipping will be non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. Atomic Drinkware does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless an Atomic Drinkware provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase.
Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are not eligible for free return shipping.
Atomic Drinkware does not price match with dealers or competitors.
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
You may use the original product packaging or use your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include a printout of the return confirmation email or the original packing slip as long is it shows original order number. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product box.
Securely attach your return label to the package. You will receive your prepaid shipping label once you submit your return.
Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, the return shipping costs will be non-refundable. Please include original order information inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records.
Before you send
Please do not send any returns/exchanges without first receiving return shipping label in your email. If you do not submit a return request and receive authorization and a shipping label before sending your return, we will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Spam
Return authorizations emails may get marked as spam or promotional emails. If you do not receive a response on your return request within 48 hours, make sure you check all email folders before submitting another request.
